Loneliness and social Isolation are bad for our mental health and general life outcomes. In this webinar we hear about a new research study looking at how older adults can maintain or enhance their social engagement and well-being. The study aims to tackle the loneliness epidemic, boost mental health and reduce the risk of dementia in older Australians.
