In celebration of the NSW Seniors Festival and the theme Time to Shine, we’re pleased to present a series of in-person events in conjunction with the Sydney Mechanics’ School of Arts (SMSA).
The series kicks off on Thursday 6 March at 10 am with a panel discussion on Shining a Light on Your Future: Planning for a Fulfilling and Meaningful Retirement.
Other morning and afternoon events include a range of inspiring talks and Q&A sessions, including Shining a Light on Ageism: Uncovering Experiences and Strengths Across Generations.
Guests include the NSW Minister for Seniors, the Hon. Jodie Harrison, the Age Discrimination Commissioner, Robert Fitzgerald AM, writer and commentator Jane Caro AM, and the CEO of Relationships Australia NSW, Elisabeth Shaw.
All events will be held in the easily accessible SMSA’s Carmichael Theatre, Level 1/280 Pitt St, Sydney, 2000.
