Michelle has years of experience in Operations and Business Development. Most recently she worked with Chief Executive Women, delivering leadership programs in Australia and Singapore.

Michelle also held an Advisory role with the Australia Vietnam Leadership Dialogue. Earlier in her career Michelle managed an interior design business that imported homewares from Asia and Europe.
